A family history since 1946
It is in the heart of Baccarat that Irene and Armand Fuchs opened a small post-war neighborhood café. In the 1960s, they transformed it into a hotel and restaurant.
Following in her parents’ footsteps, Bernadette took over the hotel restaurant in the early 80s with her husband Jean-Claude. The hotel obtained a 3 star rating.
70 years later, the neighborhood cafe has benn transformed into a ***hotel and a 2 Logis casserole restaurant in the hands of the couple’s eldest child. Christophe, the chef, is thus the third generation to devote himself with passion to uphold this family tradition.
